Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer up to 2 different shipping options – You will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

Shipping rates are determined by delivery location and shipping method and will calculated at checkout.

For international orders, please note that your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify your delivery address once your order has been placed. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed online are typically shipped within 48 hours of confirmed purchase, however, in rare cases some orders may take up to 28 days to be shipped.

Please note that you should allow up to 5 business days for delivery after receiving your shipping notification.

Shipping Internationally:

Please note that you should allow up to 10 business days for delivery after receiving your shipping notification, this does not include any potential delays in delivery due to customs as this is out of our control. Before placing your order on our website, we recommend that you check with your local customs office to find information on any potential delays in delivery as these delays can vary from country to country.
