Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe that delivering leading-edge quality and customer satisfaction means that our customers are 100% satisfied. We’re confident that you’ll love the VO2 Master Analyzer as much as we do, and if for any reason that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of the VO2 Master Analyzer kit, you may return it within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, you must return your VO2 Master Analyzer within 30 calendar days of the delivery date, and the product must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect and process your refund. Unfortunately, if the product is damaged in any way, or more than 30 calendar days have passed since the delivery date, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Eligible Accessories for Return

Only Accessories that are unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. After we receive your item(s), our team of professionals will inspect and process your return for a refund. Unfortunately, if the item(s) is damaged in any way or more than 30 calendar days have passed since the delivery date, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

After all eligible returns have been inspected, all monies paid will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to process.
