The Role

We are seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to take ownership of key marketing initiatives that accelerate our brand’s global reach and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real difference.

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will own demand generation, digital marketing, and customer acquisition working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to scale VO2 Master’s impact. If you’re passionate about performance technology, sports science, and results-driven marketing, this is your opportunity to play a defining role in VO2 Master’s next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Own Paid Digital Campaigns

  • Own end-to-end ideation, build, optimization, and reporting across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Conduct audience and keyword research, craft creative briefs, write ad copy, and build landing pages in WordPress.
  • Monitor budgets daily, adjust bids, audiences, and creatives to meet ROAS goals.
  • Evaluate and optimize Conversion API setup using Google Tag Manager, Meta Graph API, LinkedIn Insights.

Champion SEO & LLM Optimization

  • Perform keyword clustering and content gap analyses; brief writers or optimize copy yourself.
  • Implement technical fixes (schema, internal linking, page speed, Core Web Vitals).
  • Structure content for answer-engine and AI assistant visibility (entities, FAQs, JSON-LD).

AI-Powered Martech Automation

  • Design and maintain automated journeys in HubSpot/ActiveCampaign (or similar). Own predictive lead scoring, send-time optimization, and dynamic content.
  • Build workflows in Zapier, Make, N8N, or native platform builders to improve efficiency of processes.
  • Leverage Gen-AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) – continuously audit funnels for manual touchpoints that can be replaced with AI-driven logic, reporting uplift and savings.

Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Design and run A/B or multivariate tests on ads, landing pages, and email sequences.
  • Use heat-maps and session recordings to uncover friction points.
  • Summarize wins and roll out learnings across funnels.

Collaboration

  • Sync with content, brand, and sales teams on messaging, offers, and lead hand-off.
  • Stay on top of ad-platform policy changes and privacy regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Performance-Marketing Specialist – 5+ years running $50+ k/month budgets on Google Ads and Meta, end-to-end.
  • Analytics Pro – Fluent with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio dashboards.
  • SEO & LLM Optimizer – Confident using SEMRush, Ahrefs, Surfer, or Otto SEO and applying prompt-engineering to craft AI-ready content.
  • Automation Architect – Proven record of creating lifecycle journeys in HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or comparable platforms.
  • Workflow Builder – Comfortable wiring workflows in Zapier/Make and performing quick HTML/CSS landing-page tweaks.
  • Funnel Optimization Specialist – Hands-on with Hotjar, VWO/Optimizely, and driven by data-backed testing and iteration.

Nice-to-Have

  • Python or JavaScript snippets for custom automation
  • HubSpot reporting or revenue-ops exposure
  • B2B e-commerce or SaaS lead-gen background

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
