Follow the journeys of Norwegian triathletes Kristian Blummenfelt and Gustav Iden as they work tirelessly alongside coach Olav Aleksander Bu as they pursue Olympic gold at the Paris 2024 games.

More than a year on since making the pivot to short course, episode 3 of The Norwegian Method documents Kristian and Gustav’s training journey, from altitude training in Oukaïmeden, Morocco, to winter testing at the lab in Bergen, Norway.
